What super powers does Wonder Woman have

Wonder Woman 2: Allegedly, the heroine gets this new superpower in the sequel

In the DC hit Wonder Woman, the superhero shows what she can really do. No opponent seems to be really a match for the Amazon as soon as she uses her strength. As has now been revealed, she could get even more powerful in the long-awaited sequel. We'll tell you what it's all about here.

Superhuman physical strength, lightning-fast reflexes and unique weapons: one could actually assume that Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) already has enough strength to take on her opponents. In the 2017 film of the same name, she teams up with the American pilot (Steve Trevor) to save the world from certain doom. During the First World War, they defend themselves against several enemies at the same time and provide plenty of action. The spectacle is impressive and made the blockbuster one of the most successful superhero films of the year.

Director Patty Jenkins started work on a sequel a while ago. However, in view of the current situation caused by COVID-19, these had to be discontinued for the time being. Nevertheless, there are always news about the film that arouse interest. So it has now been announced that Wonder Woman could receive another superpower in the second film. As Wonder Woman News shows on Twitter, among other things, we see her whizzing through the air on some posters for the film. Will the superhero actually learn to fly in the sequel?

In the comics, Wonder Woman was able to learn her flight skill throughout the history of Hermes. But whether the superhero will actually let off steam like Superman in the clouds has not yet been confirmed. After all, she could just glide through the air. Until there is official confirmation from Marvel or the filmmakers, fans should take the news with caution for now. As things stand, Wonder Woman should be in theaters on August 14, 2020.
