Hi Guys!

I've had spiderbites for years, one of which (because a blood vein was in the way) the inner piercing had to be stabbed lower than the outer one.

I have already tried to wear a ring (1.2 mm thick, 10 mm in diameter), but this is not possible without permanent pain.

I once heard that piercings can "wander". My question is, to what extent can I create a migration process "artificially", or should I not do that?

Are there other ways, also with the piercer, to fix my mishap?

Or should I instead take it out and have it pierced again (maybe just through the vein)? If so, how many weeks should I let go between taking it out and getting a new one?

Thanks in advance for the replies!

Kind regards, Mazz

Getting the piercing to wander is not a solution - it will wander in the wrong direction afterwards ...

A good piercer can do a correction stitch starting from the old hole if the outer hole fits as it should and it is only crooked on the inside.

Veins are easy to move in the lip and usually not a good reason to just prick somewhere else ...

Many thanks for the answer!

Yes, the outer hole should fit as it is. I also like the 10 mm ring, only the pain was the problem.

Then I'll go to the (other) piercer I trust as soon as the studios open again.

Best wishes!
