Information about the coronavirus

Spring has begun, and for many, the holiday season too. While travel is not currently recommended, the prospect is warmer days with new activities. So that the new virus variant B.1.1.7 does not gain the upper hand, important rules for protection against the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus must be observed:

  • Use beautiful spring weather for outdoor activities and enjoy nature. Preferably meet outdoors and avoid larger groups.
  • Refrain from traveling.
  • Personal contacts must continue to be significantly reduced in order to slow down the infection process. Meet with a maximum of five people from no more than two households (children up to 14 years of age do not count here) - unless other rules apply in your region.
  • Continue to heed the AHA + L + A formula: Make sure you keep enough distance when you meet, observe hygiene and wear a mask. Ventilate indoor rooms regularly if you are in it with several people. Use the Corona warning app to be informed about personal risk encounters.
  • Use the offers to test for the Coronavirus-SARS-CoV-2. Note that the results are a snapshot and are not absolutely certain.
  • Stay at home if there are signs of illness. If the symptoms indicate an infection with the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, call your family doctor, the medical on-call service on 116117 or another doctor.

Everyone wants an end to the lockdown rules. But only if we persevere can we prevent an increasing increase in the number of infections. Take part and stay healthy!
