Corona incidence now below 100 in all federal states

The seven-day incidence of new corona infections is now below 100 in all federal states. This is based on the current figures from the Robert Koch Institute. Trade association criticizes corona regulations

The Handelsverband Sachsen is dissatisfied with the opening modalities in retail with a falling corona incidence. Managing director Glaser told MDR AKTUELL that more and more people were vaccinated. Studies by the RKI, the employers' liability insurance association and the TU Berlin have shown that the risk of infection from the retail trade is extremely low. Despite these findings, however, the regulation will continue to be adhered to. - In Saxony, shops with an incidence of less than 100 are allowed to reopen for pre-order and collection. From an incidence below 50, it can be fully opened. However, masks and tests are still required.

BDI President Russwurm also criticized the great differences between the opening strategies of the federal states. This increases uncertainty and reduces the ability to plan.
