Save files in a box

Save (basic procedure)

  1. Place the original.

  2. Tap [Box].

  3. Select a box to save a file in, and then tap [Save].

    • In this example, the public box is used for explanation purposes. To use a personal box or a group box, tap [Private] or [Group] and select the desired box.

    • Tap on [New] to create a user box. Here you find detailed information.

    • To search for a box in which to save a file, press [Search]. Here you find detailed information.

  4. If necessary, set options for file storage.

    • You can find detailed information about the optional settings here.

  5. Press the key begin.

    The file is saved.

  • If files stored in a User Box are not used, they are automatically deleted after the time specified in [Automatic Document Deletion Time] (default: [1 day]).

Save files in copy mode

You can read a document in copy mode and save the corresponding data in the box.
